December Contest Winner & A New Contest!
Posted by Amateur BlogsI’m happy to announce the winner of last month’s contest. Her name is Teeni and she runs a blog called A Vaguetarian Tea Room.
Teeni just won a $10 Amazon gift card by suggesting a very unique and creative way to conduct this month’s contest: she suggested a scavenger hunt! I think it’s a great idea and think you’ll have fun playing. So, let’s review the rules for the scavenger hunt contest:
1. You’ll be provided with a list of 10 questions. They’ll all be trivia questions related to this blog.
2. You’ll then have to find the answers to the questions. All of the answers can be found at this site in my posts, the comments, and the footer.
3. Email your answers to me at questions@blogstruk.com. You must include the URL of your blog in your email submission or your submission will not count. Each person that correctly answers all 10 questions will be entered in the contest.
IMPORTANT: If you write a short post about this contest and link back to this site your writeup serves as a second contest entry. Just be sure to link back to this site. I’ll see the link in my Wordpress Dashboard and follow it to your site, then check to make sure you’ve submitted your answers via email. If it turns out you’ve submitted your answers via email and also written a post about the contest but some of your answers are incorrect, your post will still count as one entry.
The deadline is next Friday, January 11th (12:00am midnight EST). I’ll use the Random Integer Generator to select the winner who gets an Amazon $20 gift card!
The contest will kick-off this Friday, January 4th at 9:00am EST. I’m giving you a heads-up today so you can spend some time scrolling through the site in preparation.
